Very disappointed with Dodson Pest Control. SHORT STORY: If you're home to supervise then the service might be fine, but if you're not home you maybe getting taken advantage of. Technician would call late in the evening leaving a voicemail stating he would be coming the next day. No time range. Leaving me no to little time to make accommodations. The last straw was when no voicemail was left and he came. I have a small townhouse and if I'm not home to let him in to spray or in the backyard

The owner will take the time to explain to you the assessment of your structure, their approach determined after the review of you home, and why other things you’ve read aren’t a good approach because he was kind enough to do that with me.
I solicited bids from 5 companies to address high moisture issues in our crawlspace and it was quite obvious that most of the companies were more interested in selling than fixing. Mark with Beneath Crawlspace Services was the rare exception. He outlined a practical solution without trying to upsell turning our crawlspace into the Taj Mahal. We had a big issue under my house with rodents and they came in got rid of my problem on top of redoing my ductwork, new dehumidifier,and sealing everything off. It was a big job and they came in and got it done within a few days and worked their tails off. I am very happy with the work they did and their prices were very reasonable. I now have them coming back every three months for pest control. The business is family owned and I highly recommend giving them a call.
