Driving at least 60 mph in my neighborhood! Absolutly ridiculous!

This is definitely a well run company by people who care about people not their pockets. The staff is respectful and professional and positive. I do recommend them and hope you find them as good as we did

Neighbors will hate you, thanks to the exterminators/ inspectors, they moved our trash can and recycling can from the street so they could park in front of our house and block our neighbor's driveway when they worked on a neighbors. The trash hadn't gone yet. Then tried to tell me that they "just got there". Four hours after they actually arrived at the location. They then tried to "prove" they didn't touch our cans because it was empty and still on the street. The can clearly marked with our neighbor's house number, the neighbor whose driveway they were blocking.

i reached out to forrest on thursday and after coordinating i was able to have their wonderful technician Sam come by on a Saturday morning to spray around my house and yard! he was very thorough using both spray and granulated poison to help control the ant population in my yard. he was professional and timely! thank you Sam!

Very unorganized. They are always going through techs. I am still waiting for a call back right for a missed treatment. You call the office and they don't rectify anything they tell the tech to call you back. No accountability.

Forrest Exterminating has provided service to me since my house was first built in 2003. I have never had a problem with this company. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service very friendly technician

Leaving 1 star simply based on how their people drive on the road. I drive for work and am based near their office. I've constantly seen their drivers speeding and driving recklessly. The other day one hit another car and just now, I saw another driving speeding and weaving through traffic almost causing another accident. Get your drivers in check before they kill someone.

Small and familiar but that means adequate and personal service and I LOVED it. Andre is specific was incredibly helpful and responsive for YEARS. I thank him and this company for everything

Great customer service

Blown off twice in trying to get service to the house.

Great service, very friendly, and responsible workers. No more spiders or bugs inside my home. Mind you, before I hired Forrest Extermination I was killing ants, spiders, Roaches and silverfish in my house, I was killing Black Widows, lizards, and even scorpions inside and outside of my garage. After a couple of months my house and garage are pest free. Mr. Forrest sprays my property every two months, as per our agreement at a reasonable price. l'm keep the service month to month after the one year contract. His product is safe for children , and for pets. I would recommend Forrest Exterminating to friends and relatives.

They were on time very nice and took care of the problem

Parents had used them since 1985. Upon death of mother this year, had to sell house that we had lived in since 1965. Parents had made repairs to termite damage and had this company come out year to spray, they was just out in July of this year, sprayed noted old termite damage. Upon termite inspection had to pay over $10,000 which includes a praying that they had done it. July of this year to be able to sell house. I feel they had taken advantage of my mom and dad. I feel they should make sure that the older customer they service understand what they are doing and they are not any documentation of what repairs may need to be done. I would not recommend or use this company to anyone. I have also filed a complaint with the BBC against the way the they do business I would not allow them to treat my dog house.

Forrest Exterminating installed a moisture barrier under my home. Great service and great job! Knowing my crawl space is now protected gives me a great sense of comfort.

One of there drivers #144 car is very rude who likes to cut off people and yell nasty profanity

I have used them for years in several different homes in the area that I have moved too. Whenever we have an issue they come right out.. even though it is not our usual scheduled time for spraying. Highly recommend. All super nice. Never a bad or less than desirable experience.
