I’m on a quarterly service plan and they have missed it multiple times for the last year and a half. Each time I have to call and remind them that I am due. The gentleman told me “sorry there’s nothing I can do about it. I am short staffed.”

Not happy. They put holes In my step and did not repair correctly I am furious. The step should look like new. I will be sending them the bill to resurface the whole step.

The commercial side lady was extremely rude with a horrible attitude. We are potentially moving into military housing and a question regarding a service that happened 2 years ago and she was just rude. Military housing asked us to call the pest control company for more information. Didn't even want to make an attempt to search. She acted like we were bothering her to do her job. If you could avoid this company I would. They obviously do not keep meticulous records of the work they do and are uninterested in answering questions.

Solid company that took care of me while also honoring their warranty.

Great work fixing up underneath an older home that needed LOTS of care. Went above and beyond fixing up a storage shed/garage. Will definitely use them again!

They were very fast to book an app for a quote. My wife asked the guy how to schedule the services and he said to call or email the office the next day, but calling would be faster. The next day she called and no one answered. There was also no way to leave a voice mail. She sent an email and no answer. This morning she called after they opened and a lady answered with just "hello". While my wife was asking if this was the correct place, the lady hung up on her. The guy has told my wife she could text him if we had any questions so she reached out to him as well with no response. Apparently from previous reviews, this has been an on going problem with this company. I'll never beg a business to take my money. Just don't waste your time here.

I had a road range incident by your employee who almost rear ended me some ginger looking guy and then wanted to fight me I’m a fifty year old disabled woman shame on him ! Today at 1 pm coming from Chesapeake square onto Portsmouth blvd hire bettter ! Disgusted

No common sense employee comes in house and starts spraying chemical over raw floor never thinks to ask the floor guys where not to spray. Called them and got no help from the lady. Do better terrible business ways

Bought a house and have had them since march of 24’ they came out the first time I called and I agreed to the visit every 3 months. It’s been close to year and that was the only visit I received no calls for another service to schedule, nothing. Called them just last month to figure out why and schedule again, we agreed to a visit, put me on the schedule and thought maybe the system just got screwed up. No visit. Called again and they were perplexed as to why “stating I was never on the schedule.” Was supposed to come today, called today and was told “oh yeah you’re on the schedule for this technician, idk why you haven’t been visited maybe they are running late.” They called us back after about an hour or two and said “oh that technician was never actually here today and called out sick.” Dropping them immediately and picking another service.

This company will provide the service. However, they will also give your personal information to other clients without your permission and not apologize.

Driver is acting drunk and aggressive. Cut off 4 cars that had to slam on their brakes to avoid a collision.

I've been a customer for about 15 years. Service used to be great. The past couple of years the service/communication has gotten significantly worse. This past couple of years I've had to call almost monthly to get sprayed again for different infestations (roaches, ants, etc.). I call and let them know what and where we are having issues and the technician only seems to do the bare minimum now. I remember when Shannon used to come out and when we mentioned an issue over the phone, he would arrive and confirm it with us. Now the techs arrive onsite without this information (or they just don't take the time to find out why they are respraying) and just does a quick respray. I've also found that the receptionist is not very customer friendly. When she called to schedule my next service I let her know that after 15 years of service we were going with another company. She said okay and just hung up. This is obviously a company that no longer cares about providing good service. After 15 years it's time for to find a new company as this one no longer cares. Just read other recent reviews and you can see they've gone downhill.

All I can say is they’re beyond useless

Have used them for years. Smaller local company, punctual, fairly priced and stand behind their work. Their inspector Chris Wells does a great job and is very honest. Highly recommended.

Terrible communication. Not exactly even sure how this place operates. Had an estimator come out and I signed the proposal and was told I’d be called in a day or two. Three days pass and I call the office number and the receptionist said the GM calls people in order of proposals sent in. Fine. A week passes and I call again. Same answer. What’s the point of the receptionist if she isn’t the one making the appointments? A month later with NO CALL AT ALL, I got Talent Termite to come out, give an estimate and fix the damages within the month I was waiting for a call.
