Jennifer, thanks for sharing your experience. You must have missed the part in writing where we will beat any competitor pricing for a comparable service. It’s simple you send us a copy of the quote showing an itemized breakdown and what you are getting and we will give you a compare service and we will beat the competitor pricing by a minimum of 10%. I’ve done this a long time and no one is 10k cheaper for the same service. We are usually the people who are 10k less than other competitors so perhaps you have gotten confided about a partial encapsulation and a full encapsulation vs Ala cart work where we do moisture barriers and dehumidifiers. We take a moisture ready and it is measured with a tool as a % so when we say you have moisture, we’ve perform a test and then share the results with you in the proposal. I am so happy that you got another quote so that we can show you the difference between the quote you received from us a quote you received from another company because with a full encap on the job we quoted you we don’t even have 10k to shave because there is a cost for the dehumidifier and the supplies and we aren’t going to install a crawlspace and lose money doing it. This is why we’ve created our 10% price beat policy. Again for likewise and apples to apples comparison we will not only match but beat any competitor by 10%. Remember these jobs can vary in price by as much as 25k based on the results of your inspection and what you want done. On the ther hand we can also provide you an Ala cart quote to get you the cheapest price possible. Also remember you get what you for and we provide ongoing maintenance and warranty on the dehumidifier and and all other exclusion work.

We don't know who you are but this review ought to be flagged as you aren't a customer and we don't know who you are. We have been doing pest control in Virginia for over seven years and we realized we are in crawlspaces more than anyone so a few years ago we started doing encapsulations and we have realized that it is an underserved sector that needs reliable work and honest prices. we do full encapsulations that take a full crew up to a week or more, but we also can do simple things like moisture barriers, install dehumidifiers, and fix crawlspace doors and vents to prevent pests from entering. The very end of your review says it all, three dead bugs on the way to the coffee maker :) <br>Dead bugs are the goal! we appreciate you taking the time to include aspects of the service that you appreciated as well as treating behind the wall voids in the kitchen and bathroom, sinks and spraying near the pipes. A lot of companies will cut corners, but we believe in making sure you’re home as bug free and treating it the way we would treat our own homes.
