I had an issue in my attic since November. I kept hearing some noise like something crawling and scratching. I had priority come out and look into the attic and he said I have a squirrel making the noise. The noise at night never stopped and I called them again in February and he went into the attic again and told me the same thing. I worked with my home association and they recommended a company that specializes in trapping animals. This man went into my attic and to my surprise told me I have roof rats.I have pictures as proof. How did Priority missed this very important thing? It’s obvious this man didn’t check the entire attic which is just negligence . I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Dylan comes quarterly and does my pest control application. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and super nice. Since I have been using their services, I haven't had any issues. Well worth the cost, which is reasonable.

The technician was on time, knowledgeable of the treatment and where a better location for for one of my bait boxes would be when it was the only one still full. He was also very personable and respectful. Thanks again Priority for another great technician.

Priority Pest Control did a great job on my crawl space encapsulation. Adam did a thorough inspection of my crawl space and his recommendations were clear and concise. Adam was available to answer any questions I had before the job. When the job began, Daniel was the lead and he showed me the materials being installed and explained every step he was taking. When the job was done, I inspected the work by Daniel and his team and was very impressed. Great job guys!

There was an availability for my service earlier than planned because there was another cancellation. That worked out well for me. The specialist was a fairly large man, which isn't very conducive to climbing around small crawlspaces. He also didn't seem very familiar with the operation of my dehumidifiers and would have skipped checking the second unit if I hadn't shown him the other access panel on the back of the house. But he was very friendly and courteous!

Paid 2000 deposit. Never received an actual quote in writing then told them I didn’t want their services. Then was told my deposit was non refundable

Where do I start......how about being blown off for over 2 weeks. If this company is customer satisfaction oriented .... they definitely didn't show it in my case. From the reviews I had read I was expecting a top notch company, but what I got was far from it. I will post exactly what transpired in a future post, but if you are looking for a good and timely service company.....you may want to skip this one. Just trying to save someone from the nightmare I went through!!!!

Our records show that our inspector did visit your property and identified the issue as a honey bee presence. As a company, we care deeply about the environment and do not treat or exterminate honey bees due to their critical role in pollination and the ecosystem. In these cases, we always recommend contacting a licensed bee removal specialist who can safely and humanely relocate the hive. Our inspector communicated this to our office and noted that he had discussed this with you during the visit. If there was any miscommunication or if there’s something we overlooked, we genuinely want to make it right. If you are purchasing a home and Priority does your termite inspection run for the hills. I am not a pest control guy or a termite expert but there was so many obvious signs of termite damage, even Stevie wonder would have notice them.

I made an appt for anytime from 1-3. The tech started calling me at 11. Multiple times. I needed him to also spray in the garage. So I had to advise him the garage door was unlocked to have the service completed. I don’t know all the techs & am not comfortable allowing just anyone into our home when no one is here. But in order to complete the service I allowed him to go into the garage. If a customer makes an appt for a specific time there’s a reason. I can’t pick up my phone while I’m at work. The tech kept calling. Either show up at the specified time or reschedule.

We schedule our appointments with our customers at their convenience (unlike many of our competitors who show up anytime) so that they can be home and address any concerns with our technicians. This company is a rip-off!!! Paid over $700 for services and had ants on the third floor in the bathroom 6 months after treatment. Never had ants until they exterminated and when I called for them to come out and retreat that area only they were trying to sell me a quarterly plan for $100 a month stating that their pesticide only last 90 days. If you do use their company (which I do not recommend) make sure you follow technician around in every room to make sure they are treating whole house.
1/4 830am one of your drivers backed out onto Johnstown road in Chesapeake nearly causing an accident. Then drove 20 mph under the speed limit down the whole road. Unacceptable driving. Stop ringing my Doorbell!! I don’t want your over priced bad services. I advise not using this company.
Had them do an inspection. They informed me that they had previously treated for termites in 2011 (11 years ago). The tech told.me that he was impressed with the cleanliness of our crawl space and that there wasn't any issues. Later got an invoice for $1800 for "recommended treatment". Had a second company come out. The gave the all clear and let us know that there was no treent needed. Use someone else for your inspection. Priority will try to con you into paying for unnecessary treatment.

We are sorry to hear you have felt misguided by our inspection. As stated in your review, our inspector quoted you for a "recommended treatment." Termite treatments are recommended every 5 to 10 years depending on the type of treatment applied. We do not show your name in our records but if you could please contact our office with the property address we can address further.
I feel they misdiagnosed a problem we had with moving water in our crawl space. Charged us $4,000 for a dehumidifier and 10m vapor barrier. 30 days later still had the same problem. Came back with another $6,900 proposal which included installing another 10m vapor barrier. Once I got a 2nd opinion, found out that they had only installed a 6m vapor barrier the first time. Took this all the way to one of the owners and they were not prepared to make the situation right. Everyone makes mistakes but whether you make it right after a mistake is what matters. They are not doing what is right. Very disappointed and feel I will need to litigate to get a proper solution.

Mr. Thompson, Priority Pest Services understands your concerns. As a small business, we pride ourselves on always doing what we feel is the right thing to do and making our customers happy. That is why we do our best to alleviate any issues you may have had with our services. On our initial visit to your property in September of this year, our inspector was informed that you recently had work completed in your backyard, which was now causing drainage issues. Also, that said company was to come back and fix what they had messed up. Our inspector completed a full report during his visit noting that he observed no reason to install a sump pump system with what was visually inspected. Nonetheless, our inspector did find high humidity readings in your crawl space and recommended a dehumidifier system to resolve the humidity issue. You agreed and contracted for us to install the dehumidifier system in your crawlspace. After a substantial amount of 24hr rainfall in your city recently, you raised concerns to us regarding the drainage issues again. We offered to send another inspector to your home in a quick timely manner in order to determine what could be done. The same inspector was sent out to your property again and offered a sump pump system due to what he was visually seeing at this time of the inspection. However, you have since declined our offer. We understand this situation is frustrating to you, which is why we proposed a solution to help with the drainage problem you are having. As a company, it is our business to ensure customer satisfaction. We strive to do this by moving forward to correct any issues that leave customers unhappy.
Closed on our home in March 2020 that was inspected by Priority Pest Service. Their “visual inspection” at that time found evidence of termite activity in our crawl space. In June we uncovered $15,000 worth of termite damage. They failed us by not further investigating the telltale signs of active termite activity inside our home before purchase. The owner of the company later came out and said the beam we exposed just had “some scarring.” Look at this picture and judge for yourself. Do not trust Priority their inspections are worthless!!
The tech was super fast and Professional. He explained the bugs would go away and we may or may not see an increase. We were also allowed a free follow up service. Well that free follow up service was ignored hence the 1 star. We have seen more bugs and I've called emailed and left voicemail before my 30 follow up expired to which no one contacted me back. Please dont promote a free follow up and then never return the customers calls to request it. So I will be reaching out to another company and hopefully this time I do not have anything come back PERIOD! [8/24/19 services rendered...no call back or reschedule to come out for an entire month] FALSE ADVERTISING !

We take these situations extremely serious. Complaints enable us to reevaluate our practices and performance. Doing so strengthens our service and commitment to our community. On the occasion that we receive a customer's concern for their service our first action is to validate them as a customer in good standing. Our next step is to look at the history of the account. We are fortunate to have software that automatically indicates when a customer calls. Each call that we receive is instantly noted on their corresponding account--this is not manually noted but rather system generated. The contract in your customer account shows that of the service plan options we offer you chose the one time service. Our one time treatment service does not offer any follow up services and is priced accordingly. Follow up services are for our monthly customers. With the exception of your initial email requesting service we do not see where you have called or emailed requesting anything further. We apologize for what appears to be a misunderstanding. To under serve our customers is of no benefit to us therefore it is our goal to answer our customers requests when given the opportunity.
