I have not received service from this company. A salesperson came to my home yesterday evening just before 9:00pm. This is unacceptable and inconsiderate. They should not be soliciting after 8:00pm.

**** I am updating my review as I have been a customer for a few weeks now. Unfortunately, we still have not had the outside of our property treated. The first time was cancelled because of weather which is understandable. They then scheduled me 2 weeks after it was supposed to be treated. No one showed up on that scheduled day nor did I receive any communication that no one could make it. 3 days later I received a text message stating my appointment had been rescheduled for the following week. I called to cancel my service because they have not upheld their end of the contract by actually coming out and completing a service that I already paid for last month. There is a $299 fee to cancel and I told them I was not paying it due to them not completing the service on their end. They cancelled my account and I was charged the $299 anyways. Save your time and look for a more reputable company. Qunicy came out to spray the interior of our home for ants. He was very kind and professional! He explained everything he was going to do and then sent videos of the work he did later. I highly recommend him!

Ninefold Pest has been taking care of my property for around a year now and I am always so satisfied with the work they do! In my area there is a huge wasp problem and they always create nests which is always taken down and treated by them! I am just a girl and this eases that process to just let the professionals deal with it! Haha 10/10 recommend for peace of mind for sure! Super worth every penny! First or all, Zach is a great sales rep and team member. He was clear about what the service would cost which was a good deal for the price. Their product doesn't just wake "em up and try to convince them to move either, it kicks the bugs out! Evicted or else...lol. Tech showed up early got the work done quickly efficiently and thoroughly, a video was sent after the service to show and explain what was done it was great and I was assured that I’d no longer have to worry about the spiders and ants which was greatly appreciated. I also read in the fine print that if an infestation happens out of nowhere I can request another service for free! Free people!
