I was considering purchasing a home in Chesapeake and called to have an inspection done prior to making an offer on the property. They charge for an initial inspection which often is free add other businesses. That is my reason for giving three stars as an average rating. Staff is friendly but I was able to find what I was looking for with a few more phone calls
