Jermaine with Massey is really wonderful - not only is he kind and warm to speak with, but he’s incredibly thorough when it comes to the work. He has gone above and beyond for us during the time we’ve been a client - tracking down ant trails, caulking spaces inside the house, moving many slate slabs to uncover and treat ant breeding grounds outdoors, and caulking space between my steps and front porch to deter an errant snake. Would highly recommend not just Massey, but specifically Jermaine!

We’ve been using Massey for pest control services since 2021 & they have always been so professional, helpful, and prompt to respond to any issues. Recently, we had a mouse in our home & Jermaine spent so much time walking through our house and crawlspace to patch up holes and set traps. He has since come out two more times to conduct thorough searches & ensure that our problem has been solved. Jermaine is very friendly and hard-working (and kind to our dogs) & it reflects very well on Massey that they have someone as great as Jermaine on their roster.
