They rarely showed up when they said would and after a few appointments in a row, including "make ups" for missed appointments, I got rid of these folks. I'm not talking about missing a 2 hour window by minutes or hours. They simply didn't show up the entire day. I took time off work to be home to let them in and they never called, never showed up.
