Greg really went above and beyond today when he completed my bi-monthly pest service! Honestly, he always exceeds my expectations every time he comes out for our treatment service. He really took the time to help assess and treat a problem I’ve been having inside with pests on the carpet that has been stressing me out. I’m really grateful for his expertise and tenacity to solve any pest issues I’m having. Thanks Greg!

My family and I have had Fox Pest Control for a while. Their customer service responds quickly and answers any questions I have. Robbie is our technitian and he always does a great job and gives suggestions for improvement when I need it.

As usual, Dylan did a very good job. Very pleasant and efficient. Since Dylan has been doing the service on my property in the past 6-9 mo., I have seen noticeably fewer insects, (e.g.water bugs, beetles and wasps). Thank you, Dylan!

Today, Johnnie went above and beyond! He notices the bushes coming from the neighbor and also sprayed them, I know that is going to make a great difference in my yard! Even when I wasn't home he did a great job and so happy that he's my technician, he's very helpful with allllll my questions 😀 very respectful, professional and I love the detailed notes 📝! Our technician, Lexus provided us fabulous service! After a continuing problem, Fox sent Lexus out in between quarterly treatments to try to remedy our problem. She was knowledgeable and friendly!

We have been using Fox for years now and I am continuously amazed by the quality of service and customer care. Johnny has been my technician and he’s awesome, from being so kind with my tiny but loud barking dog to advising me on where to caulk to keep pests out to offering to come back and do it for me. It is slightly more expensive to use Fox but they always go above and beyond. I’ve said it before but I take my pest control very seriously and I am so grateful to have found Fox.

Kevin was thorough, explained what he would be treating. Answered any question I had. Explained about the process and if issues arise to contact them. Kevin was professional and friendly.

Fox Pest Control sent a great technician Greg Fontana around my house and garage A+ It was a rainy day he could not fog my woods out back but handled my crazy ant problem

I did not get the promised services of doing the whole yard when it came to putting spread down, they would only do flower beds. They never mist the whole yard when they come to spray for mosquitos and we kept having the same swarm even when they came out for “warranty” checks to redo it when the service wasn’t good and bugs (spiders/grasshoppers/mosquitos/ticks). To top it off they tried charging me $250 for cancelling a service I wasn’t receiving. I will never recommend them.

Scheduled spraying for inside our house. Tech sprayed and spread chemicals outside the house and left. Doing the inside was on his order sheet per the service center, who contacted him to return and finish the joy, didn't happen. Now scheduled for next Tuesday to do inside.

Domonique was great! Knowledgeable and personable, he completed the service after listening to my concerns. He addressed the issue and encouraged me to reach out if the pests continue. I’ve been a Fox Pest customer for years, and he was one of the best technicians I’ve had. Five stars!

I'm just overjoyed to have found a business that confesses when they schedule service. But the technician, Gregory did an outstanding job. Greg was extremely professional, and kind. His knowledge of all topics pest control, was a warm welcome addition to his visit. Man answered all of my questions cleanly. Arion Hall is our technician that came out for our pest extermination. He was very professional and polite. I asked him to spray inside my garage and screened porch. No problem. The company gives you a three notice before coming out, which I appreciate.

Fox Pest and our tech Johnnie have been reliable for several years. We recently had to call them out for an extra wasp removal; they took care of it promptly and also addressed an ant problem! 10/10

I canceled service with Fox. I have called Fox twice to cancel service. The second time was, I believe on 7/24. At the time, the woman on the phone assured me that my contract with them was canceled. I have no intention of paying for their visit on the 26th. This is fraud as far as I'm concerned.

Arion did a great job, was on time, and I liked that he called to let me know he was enroute. Very courteous, respectful, and professional.
