Just want to write a note to let Bust A Bug know Kevin worked on our wasp nest and was great. It was bigger than we thought and he said to text him if any wasps decided to stay. A couple did and I let him know. He came back a few days later and made sure none were nesting and hit a couple other areas. Just wanted to let everyone know he was awesome throughout. Cheers.

Never had a problem with the people that came out and did the spraying till today this guy just hit and missed and he wanted to use aerosol and I told him no and he said he could not do outside because it was raining that's fine if it's raining he said they would reschedule but as far as inside I was not pleased with him at all

They did fine treating wasp nests. However I have concerns regarding the volume of granules that were applied to the parameter. It’s an excessive amount that was put down.
