I don’t often write reviews, but Global Pest Control has more than earned it. Every technician and team member I’ve interacted with has been professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive. They communicate clearly, offer helpful suggestions, and consistently deliver top-tier service. After 20 years in my current home, I’ve tried a couple of other companies, mainly for promotional deals, but none have come close to the quality and reliability of Global Pest. They’re my go-to recommendation for pest control, without question. I trust them completely and am always confident referring others their way

Rob Jr just left my house. As always, I was so glad to see him. he’s pleasant to have in and around the house and does such a thorough job and explains everything that he’s done and why he’s done it. Very professional and thorough service.

OMG recently we contracted Global Pest Services to a yearly contract. During the quarterly visits they discovered we had a large rodent problem. It took them a good four or five visits to finally fix our problem.They have been excellent with the communication & coordination with Kay & Angie at the office along with the visits by Chris & Paul. We think we have conquered the problem. They do not leave any detail unanswered. 100% highly recommend. Rob Jr. showed up on time as usual, walked through the service he would be providing and completed the work in a timely manner. Rob also took time to check on the status of a previous treatment for fire ants to ensure that issue was under control - without me asking. Greatly appreciate the personalized service we get from our Global team!

I have used Global pest for 7 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Top notch customer service from the people on the phone to the people that come out to the house. Especially Lloyd, who does the crawl space inspections, he is always positive, patient, and kind. I ask a lot of questions and he has never had a problem with taking time and helping me understand everything I want to know.

I can't say enough about Global Pest Services. Been with them over 10 years. My techican for the last few years gas been Rob Jr. He is the best. He is very knowledge, polite, and professional, always on time. He is now part of my family. He is also my daughter technician and she loves him. I would recommend this company to others.

I am amazed that I no longer have ants & silverfish!!! Global Pest Company took care of that with limited use of chemicals! Each visit Rob treats for insects on the outside keeping the ants in check, carefully clearing away cobwebs. The kitchen area is treated with insecticide inside of straws keeping them hidden in the areas where the ants would swarm - and swarm they would! Terro would help for a little while but the ants were relentless and always returned in huge numbers! In the attic he treats again with granules in the insulated areas for the silverfish. The results have been well worth the visits made! Thank you Global Pest Services!!! Customer since June 2020!

This company was probably the 5th company that looked at the structural repairs needed to my home. I chose Global because Robert explained the job simply to my understanding. I am very pleased with the quality of thier work. The team was very organized and kept their work area clean. I would defiantly use this company again if needed. This was our quarterly maintenance. Krystal is always prompt and professional. She actually takes time to find out what new issues or concerns you have and ensures she addresses each one. She never rushes or makes you feel like you are taking too much of her time. She is very nice and asks about the family and shares a laugh or two. We actually look forward to seeing her each time. Other technicians are kind but she is our favorite!

Global has been taking care of my pest control for years! They do a great job, and I expect a lot! A few years back, they installed a dehumidifier in my crawl, and that’s made such a difference in my home health. I particularly love that they retain their employees; Krystal knows my house and is able to pay particular attention to its problem areas so that no bugs enter my living space! Plus, everyone is always so kind when I call the office! I highly recommend Global!
