I am extremely disappointed with this company and strongly regret signing a contract with them. Their customer service is consistently unprofessional, and my experience during scheduled treatments have been unacceptable. Because interior access is required, I had to be present during appointments and each time I felt uncomfortable in my own home due to the technicians attitude and behavior. One technician outright refused to spray the interior of my home until I contacted my husband via FaceTime

***Update - I am still extremely satisfied with the service and techs from Landlock Pest Control. Everyone is always respectful of my property and professional. When several things things has to be applied there are 2 techs getting the job done. Would highly recommend. I recently just switched pest control services.
