Needed a yellowjacket nest removed from a window. Gave them a call, left a message. They called back, and said "we can't help you" and "don't waste your time", then quickly hung up without even telling me why. Essentially flicked me off as though I were the pest to be controlled. How they've gotten such a good rating is beyond me. I'd give them zero stars if I could. ~ 20240913 Addendum: They reached out to me, mostly to apologize for this bad experience. I appreciate that, but it was too late;

In regards to the price I paid I pay annually so even though I marked $200 the actual cost depends on the service you get. The technician was great. Arrived promptly and let us know he was here. He did a thorough job. Other customers from Four Seasons recommended Four Seasons to me which is how I decided to use them as my pest control company.

Lawerence is kind and respectful. Couple suggestions...attacking cob webbs in the corners under patio if he has a tool and reporting his findings would be helpful to me as I work to somewhat tract when and where there is trap activity. Overall appreciate his work!
