It has been a great experience with Martins Pest Control so far. They were extremely polite, professional, and very easy to work with from start to finish. As someone dealing with a high volume of wolf spiders, roaches, and stink bugs in a new development, I can confidently say the treatment has been very effective. I have used nance pest control several times. The first was when we bought our house and they installed our UV light on our water system. Then they came out for a wasp/ bee nest. This last time I tried another because of their website and description unfortunately they did not live up to expectations. So I called nance and left a message last night they got back to me today and had a tech out to the house this afternoon. Awesome service. I will not use anyone else.
I have had my fair share of terrible customer service lately, but I will tell you that it was not from Nance Pest Control. They can fit you in with short notice; are extremely courteous and professional; and if anything goes wrong, which happens sometimes, they will go the extra mile and make it beyond right. I have used Nance several times, and through my experience with them, they have made me a customer for life. Thanks Nance!

I’m a little late in posting this review, but they did a great job on my coffee shop. We were having both wood bore wasps and ants. Not only did they do a very thorough job, but also explored the back yard to discover where the any nest was. It’s been over 6 months and we’ve not had any recurrence. Jamie was excellent and even followed up the next time they were in town for another job. 5 stars!
I highly recommend Weston at Martin's pest control for any of your extermination needs. We called him first thing Tuesday morning and by that afternoon he was at our home. Weston is very respectful and puts your mind at ease. He explains the entire process of the extermination and is absolutely great at answering any questions you may have. Thank you Weston for all of your help!
