I always have an excellent experience working with Kai from Green Pests. Please give this employee a bonus! He is amazing. From the start, Kai was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what he was seeing, what treatment he recommended, and how to prevent issues moving forward—which I really appreciated. Kai was punctual, respectful of my home, and clearly takes pride in his work. He didn’t rush the job and made sure every concern I had was addressed. Last Tuesday we had someone come out to do an inspection and schedule treatment. The technician said he would contact me the next day to schedule, but Wednesday afternoon I had not heard so I called the office. The receptionist told me they would contact me later that day. Thursday I had still not heard back, so I called back again, spoke to a different receptionist, who said she would send a direct message to the technician so he could contact me and schedule our services. Friday at 3pm I had still not heard back, so I called for a final time and let the receptionist know if we didn’t have an appointment scheduled by EOD, we would have to go with another company since we have mice present and children in the home. It is now Monday, and I have yet to hear anything back. Luckily, we called a different company over the weekend, and they are treating our home as I write this. Not sure what is going on with this company, but I’ve never experienced a company who has employees who simply won’t respond to requests by a customer to schedule an appointment.

Ali is really a great technician that we have enjoyed his service. I was at home during his previous visits and he'd come in and check everything that needs attention. I wasn't home when he came this Monday but can see he made sure everything exterior to the house is checked and treated, which we have been struggling during previous technicians where I get a notification they came but find everything untouched. We used this company once. We were asked to sign a contract with them even I told them we are going to sell the house soon. But the company insisted asking me to sign by saying I can cancel it anytime. But after one service and after I paid it I got following monthly charge even nobody ever does any service to the house ( no key in lockbox). I sent two emails to cancel the service but no response. Then I got a recording call to ask me to call them. I did. I asked to cancel the contract. I was told I still need to pay the monthly bill. I asked why since there is no following service. She said it’s in the contract even without any service I still need to pay the monthly bill. Please read their contract carefully before you sign. It’s unfair to the customers. You only use their service once, you have to pay monthly!

I can't speak to the effectiveness of their work, however their pricing schemes are not clear. I was given a promotional price and was told I am not in a contract and can cancel at any time without any additional charges. Upon cancelling, I was told I would need to pay an additional $100 since my promotional price was contingent upon one year of services. The sales rep used semantics, noting it wasn't a "cancellation" fee. Would not recommend a company will poor pricing transparency.

It saddens me how inconsiderate and unprofessional this company turned out to be, I was genuinely hoping for a smooth and easy experience and ended up greatly disappointed. We hired them to come and spray for pests, originally they were scheduled to arrive anywhere between the time of 12-4 on a Friday, the time frame was a little big given that we would have to be available throughout those four hours but they said they would give us a courtesy call of 30 min so honestly we had no issue. Once it was 4pm and they still hadn’t arrived or given us a call prior saying they were 30 min out we called back to inquire on when we would be receiving our scheduled service. They said he would be here no later than 4:30, to which we said ok, but expressed if he showed up any later we would have to reschedule due to prior commitments we had. 4:30 came and to our disappointment he still was not here so we rescheduled for today between the time frame of 8am and 10am. Once again we were told we would get a 30 min courtesy call before they arrived so that we can get ourselves situated and out of the house for what they need to do. At 9:40am the technician knocked on our door for the service without giving us a courtesy call. Two of my roommates were still in bed since we had expected a 30 min notice so they quickly had to get dressed so that we could allow him in. We told him to give us ten minutes so we could get ready, we are three young women who don’t want a man coming into our house while we’re still in our night clothes. Three minutes after we had spoken to him on the phone saying we were just about ready and about to come to the door he pulled out of our driveway and left with no warning or notice to us. We opened the door to try and yell after him but he did not stop. We then called him and he would not answer our calls and sent them to voicemail. We called back the customer service line and expressed what happened to which they said he was waiting for 20 min(he wasn’t and I have proof on my ring camera to show he wasn’t) and he had another appointment to go to and we can reschedule for later in the day. We had already worked out our schedules for this rescheduling so to have the technician 1. Not give us a 30 min courtesy call and 2. Leave with no warning to us is greatly frustrating. There is a very apparent double standard that they can be over 30 min late to my appointment but then when they fail to give me my 30 min courtesy call and I take 10 min to get out of my house they all of the sudden turn into punctual people who have no consideration for the situations they have put others in nor for my time or my scheduling. It is evident they don't have the same level of integrity as we have for them. As someone who works a full time job, do not hire them because they will not take you or your time into consideration.

We have a two unit building. They came out and examined the building . Gave us one price over the phone and sent a contract, and tried to give us a completely different price when they came out to perform the service. When we called they claimed that the contract price was for one unit and they didn’t know about the second unit, however they had examined our building and saw the two units, and the price they were trying to charge for “one unit” was higher than their listed price for one unit. Felt very scammy.

Terrible customer service. I was interested in getting services setup with this company. I called on a Thursday and got an estimate, decided I would follow through with signing up with them. Called on Friday and spoke to someone, all reps were busy and said someone would call me back…never got a call back. I called on Saturday and I called on Monday, both times same thing, they said someone would 100% call me back but again, nobody ever called me back. I called today, Tuesday morning to speak to a manager, and was told the manager is busy and that he/she would call me back, nobody ever called me back. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. Awful customer service, I can’t speak for the actual workers that are out on the field treating homes but the customer service was awful and I never share reviews but this made me furious. Stay away from this company, it’s like they don’t want new business.

Called because I just moved into a new place and have ants in the kitchen. I was thrilled when they said they could start services the following day. The guy who set me up was so nice and based on the reviews I was happy to scheduled regular ongoing services. I had a window of 11-1 and no one showed up. I called and they said he would be here at 3 and again no one showed up. I called and we agreed on 4:30 and again no one called and no one showed up. I called and they told me now 5:00. He finally decided to grace my presence at 5:20pm. I don’t know what other people see in this company but I definitely didn't get whatever experience they got.

We signed up for Green Pest Services, and from the start, the experience has been disappointing. When the technician (Gabriel F) first arrived, he didn’t bring the outdoor rodent bait stations, despite us clearly explaining that our rodent issue stems from trash cans in the alley—making exterior treatment essential. While traps were set up inside, failing to address the outside rendered the visit ineffective. The technician assured us he would follow up promptly to install the outdoor stations, but we heard nothing for 72 hours. I had to call and leave a message—no response. I called again 48 hours later before a technician was finally sent out. When he did arrive, he only brought two stations. I explained we needed more, but he responded that they had run out and that "we’re not the only ones with rodent problems in the city." I was stunned—if we’re paying for professional pest control, isn’t it your job to be prepared with sufficient materials? Green Pest charges $225 for the first three months, then $45/month for a year, claiming you can call anytime for service. But calling doesn’t mean the job gets done. Had I known this, I would have gone with a more reliable company like American Pest or Senate Termite. I don’t want to keep calling you to do the bare minimum—I want the issue resolved properly the first time, especially when I’m paying for it.
