no matter how many times we explain that we MUST be home in order for us to get the full service we pay for, no matter how many times we confirm a time, they can never get it right. I do not understand. today was the final straw. just got a knock on our door at 11am. they’re scheduled between 3-5 pm today. he says we were down for any time. they can never ever get it right. I do not understand what is so difficult or how many more conversations we could have. we are cancelling our contract today

Called this company and set up a service to do my entire yard for wasps, hornets and yellow jackets which have been making nests in the ground was told they would do that plus treat the yard and perimeter of the house for a variety of other insects-I already specifically knew where there were two of these hives in the ground, and I had previously been attacked, which is why I called these people.
