Would give 0/5 if I could. We were in the process of buying a house and relied on home pro. The day after closing we discovered no cool air and a rotten egg smell to our hot water. These issues are EASILY noticed. The inspector failed to do either of these inspections and now we are out $10000 having to replace interior and exterior AC units as well as having water heater issues resolved. Professional, friendly and punctual! HPA always show up exactly when they say they will and if they will be delayed or need to reschedule I am notified in plenty of time so I am not inconvenienced. They get right to work and are fast and accurate. If persistent critters resurface they come back quickly to solve the issue. Chuck Miller was here today to aerate and seed my lawn. He had some mechanical issues on the day he was to come, but was responsive the my text and kept me posted as to his schedule. I was impressed with his over all lawn care knowledge and very much appreciated his willingness to work with me on some particular things I wanted done.
