He’s polite and attentive and timely with his communication, but he’s canceled last minute with us twice now after we’ve already paid the invoice. To be clear, his reasons for cancelling were valid, it was the last minute I’m dissatisfied with. He could’ve given more notice and I could’ve gone into work. I have to keep taking time off work for this and my garage is currently in an upheaval waiting for this treatment. It’s a minor inconvenience but it’s being drug out by a week of rain. Edit: h
