He’s polite and attentive and timely with his communication, but he’s canceled last minute with us twice now after we’ve already paid the invoice. To be clear, his reasons for cancelling were valid, it was the last minute I’m dissatisfied with. He could’ve given more notice and I could’ve gone into work.
