I have had a horrible experience with this company. I had a mouse and called the first company I found (my mistake). The tech showed up and couldn't find the mouse, but signed me up for their "premium gold VIP" service for $349....then $149/qtr thereafter. I was told I'd get a copy of my agreement the following day; it didn't come. I asked for it several times. I finally got it on the evening of the 3rd day. Don't you know the agreement says I have 3 days to cancel, so obviously missed the windo

I called SavATree in 2024 because my crepe myrtle tree was diseased. Brian Hulse, the arborist, came to look at it and recommended the treatment and now my tree is healthy and thriving. I asked him about getting it pruned last year but he advised me to wait until t was no longer stressed. Now that it’s healthy, I just had SavATree come to prune it and they did a wonderful job. The quality of work this company provides cannot be overstated. Having Keith L., a certified arborist, to consult with prior to making any decisions was invaluable. Then to have three of the nicest, most professional individuals show up to do the work was an added bonus. Pencho, Edwin, and Junior worked together like a well-oiled machine. Highly recommended!!! Tahir did an excellent job, He helped remove a bird and a nest that had gotten stuck behind the kitchen hood vent at a clients home. He handled everything very professionally, safely removing the bird and nest and making sure the area was clean afterward. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process and how to prevent this issue in the future.
