Jonathan was great! Approve as a company is just a name. The service provided really comes down to the technician. Their products work, but so do most. What I really like is Jonathan, the technician that came out thai time. Took every measure to make sure that want were in my notes or items I wanted him to address were done appropriately. Just wanted to provide my experience this morning, on Christmas Eve to my neighbors in hopes that it saves you the stress. Aptive is by far the worst pest control service I have ever used. We signed up for the pest pro plan based on the amount of ants at our newly purchased property. We’ve been using them for a year with absolutely no results. We still have an ant problem, even through the winter. The techs that have come to our house sprinkle a tiny bit of bait, which does nothing, and then leave within ten minutes without honoring any of the services that are within our contract.
