My issue isn't with the quality, but with logistics. I signed up for the annual lawn care product. when applied, it works as advertised. Every application i have to get them to come back out to reapply in areas they missed. It's not uncommon for them to apply MINUTES before a downpour(2/3 of my applications). The final straw was calling them a few weeks ago to reapply(72hr guarantee) and have yet to see them. At the moment, trugreen will be my lawn care choice next spring. *all my reviews are
We called on Friday to arrange our first home pesticide service and payment for the following Tuesday afternoon. Brian came with his manager from Greenix Pest Control in Lexington, KY to our home in Richmond, KY. I have used these guys for over a year and possibly over two years. I have noticed a significant reduction in spiders and other unwanted critters on my home and in my yard. I gave them 4 stars because nothing is perfect. I have found that they are good with communicating when they will be applying their bug stuff well in advance of the appointment.
