I’ve interacted with KPC and paid close attention to how they operate. They promote themselves as a small, family-owned local business, but they’re actually part of a larger group based in Omaha. They invest very heavily in advertising, which lines up with how visible they are in the area. The reason I am giving a one star is misinformed. When signing the contract the gentleman told me it did not have to be automatic payment, it most definitely does. But I was fine with that. All 3 men told me that service would be monthly and if I needed it more often just to call and it is including in the monthly fee. Then I get a text from the owner saying service is every 90 days and only 2 calls if I need more. All I can say is read and ask questions. The owner is canceling my contract d
