I called 5 businesses for a raccoon problem, got different quotes and responses, most are very expensive but vague about options. I live in an apartment complex I have a small issue with roaches and they use Family Pest & Wildlife Control as the pest control company to get them under control. My exterminator is Richard he is so thorough. He sprays every nook and cranny. He even lifts the drop ceiling and sprays up there. He puts down the bug traps and checks them each time he arrives. He asks me where I have seen activity and makes sure he checks that area and pays special attention to that area. As he is doing his job, he is explaining to me what he is doing and why. He is a very good tech and he cares about his clients and getting them bug free! I would recommend him and the company to others. Thank you for everything Richard!
