We have used Truly Nolan since 2016 and have been very satisfied. Destany performed our service yesterday, and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything she was going to do and asked if we had any additional issues she could help with. I mentioned our cabin in Wellington and a problem we had there with dead bugs/flies everywhere, and she gave a perfect explanation. She was very helpful.

They provided a free home inspection and freely offered their advice. They didn't try to push any unnecessary services.

Very unprofessional people rude! If you do not like your job find another one people it’s not that hard. Charged $100 for nothing. Don’t waste your time with this company waste of money.

I live one town over and in the same county but yet they couldn't come give a estimate.

Had evidence of termites. Called Truly and got a quick appointment for an inspection. Joey Patterson came, confirmed termites and gave me options. Answered all my questions. Made appointment for treatment. Technician called early to say he could move appointment up and was here two hours early (beat the rain). Explained all that he was doing. Done in less than an hour. In summary: great service all around. I will continue to use Truly Nolen as needed. Thanks.

Refused to give me even a range of what price I could expect for service. Insisted on coming out to my home first. Will def be using other companies that are willing to actually give me helpful information.

I just called this place and they gave me a quote of 129.00 so I told the lady on the phone I would call her right back because I had to coordinate it with my realtor. So when I called back the price went up to 159.00. Call someone else that can set a price and stick with it.
