Christian was our technician and was excellent! We had found a couple of mice and he set extra traps, plugged where they may be entering and explained how to help manage things. Highly recommend IPM as they are timely and give great service!

Caleb did an outstanding job today, sprayed for ants, left additional ant baits, supplied & set mouse traps, sprayed all around inside & outside the house for spiders, ants, silverfish, etc.

My husband and I had been battling what we thought were bedbugs for at least 3 years. We had companies do heat treatments, chemical treatments, even had a K9 come in that could sniff out the bedbugs but with no results. They continued to be there. With only one call to Matt Schaffer we had an answer. He listened and then asked if any of the companies we used ever mentioned bat bugs. Nope. Sure enough after thousands of dollars spent battling what we thought were bed bugs we discovered that we had bats in our attic which attracted bat bugs. He recommended a company for us to use and the bats and bat bugs have been removed. Thank you Matt for going above and beyond in helping us find a solution when it did not benefit you in any way. You just helped because that is the kind of person you are.

As always, Zeke did a fantastic job on our quarterly service and even took time to speak with my father/neighbor about IPM services. Zeke got my father set up for quarterly service. IPM showed up the very next day for their 1st appointment! Wonderful customer care! Price is based on the size of your home and is very reasonable.

Griffin continues the great service from IPM. I had a couple of questions about today's treatment and he addressed all of them. He explained how potential insect issues are taken care of with the quarterly service.

1-star d/t fact I received treatment for spiders and earwigs July 21st and called to have service again on Sep 22nd. I was advised by the company that since I was not a quarterly customer, they couldn’t provide me any service and to call back in the fall. When I called for service back in July, I told the customer service women that I would like regular service while I was in town here working temporarily and renting the home till December (furnishfinder/airbnb). I was told that it would be unnecessary for me to be scheduled quarterly and just to call back when I am needing service again. With that all being said , the treatment only last 6 weeks and by the time I could call to request service (with me paying, not asking for anything free) 8 weeks had past. Positive note…the large spiders, earwigs and mosquito treatment worked wonders immediately. They have such great reviews …hopefully this is a rare event turning a customer away

Caleb with IPM is professional and was very responsive when I told him about a pest issue. He came the next day, on time, and completed the job in a timely fashion. His fee was very reasonable, and without the pressure tactics other companies have tried. Caleb has impeccable character, and I highly recommend him and IPM!

Finding out I had termites in my home was distressing. Zach explained what needed to be done and why. He inspected explained what I needed to do to prepare for the treatment and was always courteous and professional. I was referred to this company and feel comfortable with my choice.

Several years ago I hired IPM to do a termite inspection at my rural house. Termites were found outside the foundation so a termite extermination was done, which I thought was very thorough and reasonably priced. I have had annual inspections done ever since. I have always found the employees to be friendly, courteous, and thorough.

IF YOU ARE A NEW HOMEOWNER, STAY AWAY. I did not use their pest extermination services but as a new homeowner I used their services to get an inspection for Wood destroying insects which includes termites, carpenter ants, etc. They gave me a report that said all is good which I relied on. When I moved in a week later, my kitchen and other places was full of ants pouring in and out. Some room doors too had rot that wasn't looked at. When I called them, they gave me a looooong spiel saying how it is not their responsibility. I preferred them as they were a local business but these days you can trust no one to be professional. Better to go with someone who has a national reputation at stake.

Technician Seth McIntosh called ahead, arrived promptly on time, and offered several options. Knowledgeable and professional - good service

Ants were under bird bath in yard, refused to spray area because he said it was to far from house. Was quick to dismiss our concerns. Was speedy to spray around house this time. Not as satisfied with Wes at IPM.

My husband and I called on IPM to help us with carpenter ants at our home. Seth was our contact and he did a very thorough job. We required a second visit for follow up care, but I believe this is speaks more to the nature of carpenter ants being tricky to kill and not lack of service delivery from IPM. This company was very helpful and agreeable in helping us meet our service needs. We will use this company again.

Not that happy with the service. The Tech has only been to my location twice and the problem still exist.

Had a problem with the first tech. But after contacting the office they sent another guy out and got the job done right .

I had a great experience with IPM - both the rep who provided the pretreatment estimate, Zach, and the tech who treated our home, Brian, were professional, courteous and answered all questions I had. They were also very reasonably priced. I wish the clean up had been a bit tidier (both yard gates left open, vacuum kickback left dust on our front patio) but overall I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to others!
