The absolute last thing I want on any given day is an uninvited human standing on my porch. I have a very clear "No Soliciting" sign posted specifically so I don't have to talk to anyone. Today, a Fox Pest Control salesperson ignored it completely and knocked anyway. Friendly reminder to management: step one of door-to-door sales should be teaching your employees how to read basic signs. 1/5 stars for reading skills.

I would give a 0 if I could. There’s a no soliciting sign at the front of our neighborhood but your salesmen are constantly in our neighborhood anyways. And to add insult to injury they decided to park their car literally IN our yard today while they went door to door. So unprofessional.

When I called them they worked with my schedule and fixed my issue. Gave me a reasonable price for a yearly treatment. I even recommended them to my neighbor for ant treatment

Very disappointed with this company’s sales tactics. Our neighborhood has a clearly posted No Soliciting sign at the entrance, yet their representatives continue to go door to door ignoring it. Even more frustrating, we have personally told them we’re not interested, but they keep coming back anyway. Many homes in our neighborhood also have “No Soliciting” and “Do Not Knock” signs posted, and those requests are ignored as well. If a company can’t respect homeowners’ clearly stated wishes before earning their business, it doesn’t leave a great impression of how they operate. Respecting people’s privacy and boundaries should be the bare minimum. I would strongly encourage the company to train its sales team to honor neighborhood restrictions and individual homeowners’ requests instead of repeatedly knocking on doors where they are not welcome.

I hate door to door sales, if I have the need for something I will do my research and call a reputable company. If a neighborhood has a red sign at the entrance saying no solicitation then they need to respect that. Not only does this company not respect that they also ignore signs on doors saying No Soliciting.
