Would give 0/5 if I could. We were in the process of buying a house and relied on home pro. The day after closing we discovered no cool air and a rotten egg smell to our hot water. These issues are EASILY noticed. The inspector failed to do either of these inspections and now we are out $10000 having to replace interior and exterior AC units as well as having water heater issues resolved. The did a very lazy inspection and I would not recommend them to ANYONE. I hate to leave a bad review but we

Justin K is my technician. He’s very good and very thorough. In early spring we were battling mice and he came and did an extra good check with inside and outside treatments. We have seen only 1 mouse since and we live on a farm. This is great!! Now this summer we are battling ants.
