The technician, Steven, was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. He knew exactly what to do to humanely evacuate the raccoons and block them from ever returning. Collin is amazing! We had a family of Raccoons decide to take up residence in the drop ceiling of our basement. Colin arrived promptly, assessed the situation and removed the raccoons carefully and with precision. His calm demeanor helped to calm the nerves of the family members in the house as he worked. He took care of each ceiling tile he had to remove, and made sure they were carefully put back in place when he was done. Model professional! Excellent work Collin! Collin was my knight in shining armor! I had a BAT flying over my bed and my cat ushered it out to the loft. I called before work hours and immediately got a text. They called me back before 8am and was there in less than 20 minutes. Collin was prepared with a ladder and big gloves. He got the bat very easily and escorted him/her outside. I'm so very thankful this was so smooth because I was freaked.

I called complete animal removal to take care of a raccoon in the chimney. They showed up on time, early actually, and provided a complete inspection and proceeded to place a live trap next to chimney. They checked the trap everyday and closed it on the weekend so no animal would be trapped over the weekend. i dealt with Collin and Jared and both of them were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I will contact them again if the need arises in the future
