If I could give this company no stars, I would. We had a pest problem so we called Orkin. After his inspection of our crawlspace he said we had a major black mold problem and showed us 3 pictures of what I thought were our crawlspace. He scared us so bad about breathing in all that mold that we forgot about our pest problem and agreed to pay close to $9000 to put a "bandaid" on the mold by replacing the plastic barrier, insulation and blasting the mold with some kind of mold eating solution.
I recently had a situation with BB. Justin came out and did the initial walk thru and information, very informative. I signed the contract and we set the schedule for the first spray/dusting. The 1st rep to come spray didn't seem to be on the same page and even said they don't communicate much in regards to the reps that setup the contract/deal. He didn't dust like I expected him to per Justin's sales pitch. Justin did sort it out and I did get dust the next day. The 2nd rep to come out for my f

I spoke with Ted over the phone and he was very helpful with scheduling and information. Our tech was Curtis and he was phenomenal. Very informative and knowledgeable. Polite and professional.
