Mason the technician that arrived at my house was informative and nice. Explained what he was doing and why. When the treatment was completed he gave me a summary of what he did, how he treated the issues and what to expect.

We would've thought we would get a little more for the money we are paying for all of this. The first initial service we were told we would get information on what we need to do or not do to assist with keeping bugs and stuff out of the house as well as the outside perimeter and how we need to keep the yard. Initial price was just a little over $200. That service was no different than the every other month service which is $119. Outside mice traps over $120 for 4. Mosquito traps and yard spray $79 a month from April thru October and this is a year contract for all of this. This may be the only year we will do this as we will look for something a little less expensive. Rough price for all of this $1,611.00. We paid roughly $300 give or take for the last pest control this is without the mice and mosquito service.

Had a little confusion on scheduling. After that was resolved, OPC did what was ordered and the tech communicated very well with me. Looking forward to the ongoing service.

Isaac, the Technician was great. He did an awesome job. My issue with OPC continues to be their lack of advanced notice to plan the service.

OPC is professional and actually cares about you as a customer. I feel they go above and beyond to ensure your home is pest free and you are satisfied with your service.

This company is reliable, reasonably priced and does what they say they will do! But, the best part of all is their employee, Mason! He is so kind, knowledgeable, flexible and helpful!!!

Dashuan had been treating my house for a while now and has done an amazing job with getting rid of roaches he is very kind and listens very well when I tell him anything new that is happening and he gets right to the bottom of it. I highly recommend him for any service u may have.

Deshaun W came to my residence today and was very professional, prompt, and efficient. I received notification he was on his way (which I’ve been told I’ll get that before and in past that hadn’t been the case.) Not only was I notified he was on his way, he came to my door to let me know he was actually there (again not always the case) I was very satisfied with the work he did for me today and on my next visit I’m planning on calling and requesting his services again. I’d give 6 stars if I could!!

We have used OPC for a few years now. Mason takes really good care of us. He calls or texts before every treatment to make sure we don’t have any concerns. We have had nothing but excellent service and will continue to use them.
