So far not happy. Paid $764 on 5/10 for service with a 5/31 appointment to do the work. Came on that day but the equipment failed and had to reschedule for 6/14. Not understanding why it should take another 2 weeks. If I was doing a job for someone that had already paid I think i'd be trying to get it done ASAP. Paid a month without any work being done? Edit: Happy Now. Got a call from them on 6/08. Came out on 6/09 and did the work. Tech was very professional and got all work done fast.

Matt always responds when I have any concerns. He is always asking questions about what we are seeing and then takes action to help eliminate the problem. He is professional, but also builds relationships. Other companies I have used in the past, show up, spray, do not engage with us, and then send us the bill. Would 100% recommend Matt to anyone.
