Absolutely a rip off, paid them to seal all exterior perimeter at cornice. They came out and used $2.00 painters chalk, did a hit and miss at cornice line, one man chalking while two men watched. 2.5 to 3 hours actually chalking going up and down ladder and bill you $4000 for a $400 job performance. Reported this with pictures to local office manager and he said he didn’t get on ladder to actually look at job 25’-30’ up but from ground he thought it looked ok from 30’ away. Pitiful response a

Absolutely horrible experience with the customer service. I was told the general manager would be calling me to work something out. I never got to speak with the GM and my bill was sent to collections. Do not use this company. The representatives actually performing the work were fantastic. I cancelled the service as it wasn’t working and I was auto signed up for misquote services that I did not authorize. The “first month” free is not really free.
