I hired LPC to mitigate a yellow jacket nest from under my porch. Billy came and inspected the area and said he did not believe a nest was there. He then walked the perimeter of my house dribbling some solution from a small sprayer. He stated that I would see NOTHING near the house, "for a few months." That was August 18th. Mr. Mudd hired our company for a wood bee treatment 8-15-23, upon inspection we were not able to find any evidence of wood bees or holes from them. Our company did a one time complete heavy outside service that covers general pest that offers free trouble calls within the first 30 days of treatment, but doesn't offer any type of guarantee 3 months later. Mr. Mudd has never called with any problems until last week. He stated in our conversation that he wasn't for sure what type of insect he actually had. We offer a regular monthly maintenance program that offers free call backs in which would probably suit his needs much better.
