They forget appointments and some of their techs are extremely rude and talk down to their customers. Also be prepared that if they do show up they will be hours late with no phone call to say they are running behind schedule. Also they will most likely have to treat your property twice because they don't listen to the entire problem. Also they will smoke on your property while spraying chemicals without permission.
Thank you for taking care of my mother's wasp removal so quickly. Your company showed up the very next morning. You explained the process to my mother, and removed the nest safely. I highly recommend this company.
