Edited to add that Jacob has been spraying our boxwood hedge monthly this spring, and has done a wonderful job. He is on time, leaves no mess, and has been very friendly! The service was every thing I thought it would be. The tech rang the doorbell to let me know he was here. He explained what he was doing and gave me a fly catcher that comes in a mason jar container.

You should only have Limb Walkers for your trees. They are the Green and Dream team. They are very professional. Our Silver Maple lost a huge Limb. She served her days and was time to go. I watched as they wielded they equipment around those 7000 volt electric lines. They know what they are doing. Limb Walkers Ben Wolfe arborist also has a team to take care of fertilization of our trees and the special treatment for the Emerald green Arborvitae. Thank you for doing such a professional job. Wow, Tim with the Green Team were Fast with excellent tree removal skills and trimming tree expertly done. They went to work and seamlessly took that huge tree down, branch by branch. The yard looks amazingly clean and the rest of the trees are groomed so nicely. Thank you!

They came to give us a quote on taking down a tricky tree growing in our yard and never bothered to even send us a quote three weeks later. If they didn't want the job or couldn't do it, be professional and tell us. Terrible customer service.

EDIT: Kristy from the company called me and basically told me i "had" to amend my review because i had to "think of their reputation." Well, OK then, you got it, changing it from a 2 to a 1. Seems like the only thing that has been consistent with this company is how little they value their customer base. No apology or even an offer of resolution. Wild. Dont call me again. They used to be great but i had to give a lower rating for two reasons: 1) a tree fell on our house and blocked the front door. They charged us three times the cost for removal because it was an "emergency service" and basically strong armed the money out of us. "Oh, it's so busy right now we wouldn't be able to come out for a month otherwise." Oh, ok, thanks. Then their certified "arborist" told us the rest of the tree that was still standing was "in good shape, its a Linden so it will regenerate" and it was OK to leave it when in fact it was rotted to the core and full of mushrooms. The service who removed the trunk said it was incredibly dangerous to have left it up. Be careful. They are slipshod and seemingly only interested in your money. The website indicates free respray for weeds in between regular service visits but when I upgraded my plan to cover that I was told it would be scheduled several times but then regular service was performed instead. Regular service is supposed to include weed spot treatment each time but no spot treatment was done. Company did not respond to emails and technician sent texts but then did not respond to replies. When I attempted to get response to emails by copying another person, owner Chris called me and told me he didn't want my business. In addition they gave me an estimate of $1188 to remove one lower branch on my tulip poplar next to street. It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience, not the good communication claimed on their website.

STOP : Do yourself a favor and look at their reviews use the sort by feature, not just the overall score I am not the only negative review yet there score shows perfect ?????? Most ridiculous quote I have ever received. I have walked in your shoes for years except for the part where you actually do nothing but walk and talk that’s the closest you would get to actually working, your quote was so beyond what anyone could possibly imagine $4500 to provide 3 guys for 6 hours, so you pay the 3 three unfortunate guys who have to work for you $150 each and you most likely 1099 them calling them a private contractor to avoid any tax liability or responsibility or workman’s compensation. I am sure your certification of insurance is a liability only so if they are hurt you and your company bears no responsibility pockets the rest its truly reprehensible.

I had a billing problem and they would not return my call to discuss. I called and left emails all received no response.

If they answered the phone, I might be able to give a better rating. Three attempts over three weeks.

We have always used Limbwalker for our tree service provider; however, it has now been 6 weeks since they came out to do our estimate and we still can't seem to get on their schedule to have the work performed. There has been absolutely no follow-up and I even sent an email inquiring why I hadn't heard back from them with a work date and all I was told is that no date had been selected yet. All my previous experience with Limbwalker has been so positive but there is no excuse for what we are currently experiencing. We are moving on with another company.

I have made an appointment for an estimate but no one showed up. Never got a call to let me know they can’t make it. When I called, they said I was never on the calendar. I had initially called and someone from their office called me back to schedule me the next day. No call no show....:( lost opportunity.
