I had Black Diamond come to my property today to treat a few units for roaches. I have to say that Colan S. the technician did an AMAZING job!!! He was very thorough in each unit. If I could get him to service our property every time that would be great, however, I know that cannot happen. Colan was very up front, cordial and professional. If I could give him 10 stars I would have. I would also like to give a shout out to James M, since he has come on board I am seeing a lot of good things happe

I had a wonderful all-around experience with this company. They came out the same day within 2 hours after me calling three other companies who either told me they didn't service my area or didn't return my call. The technician was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. He did an extremely thorough job as well and reassured me that if there were any issues they would be back, to just call and let them know. Major props to the supervisor who called me himself, spent 20 minutes on the phone patiently answering every question I had, giving me confidence in the procedures, and even gave me his personal line should I have any additional questions.
