“Folks, Frontline Pest Control is a complete clown show—low-energy, failing circus! We tried to cancel—emails ignored, endless phone waits (20+ minutes each, three calls!), and they flat-out refused! Even after yanking our payment info, they kept sending guys out, pressuring service like it’s a subscription trap. Almost like a total scam to keep charging people. Finally, after months of fighting and threatening legal action, they “nicely” cancel. Then their technician removes devices… and leaves”

“I had an overall positive experience with Rosenbloom Pest Control. We noticed some yellow jackets hovering around our house and figured they had found their way in and made a nest. I called Rosenbloom and was given an up front price. I thought $325 to take care of one nest was a bit steep, but I was eager to have them removed and didn't bother calling around, as one of us had already gotten stung. It took 3 calls and 3 emails to even get him to respond to my request. We agreed on a proposal which they were months late to. When they finally did it, there was no communication. They broke into our backyard and sprayed everything including our ferns. Then they proceeded to email me every week for their pay”

“So far, the trap I personally laid has caught all the mice that have been captured (which I'm somewhat glad given my trap a humane one, and theirs are not). The mice had to bypass the traps they laid in order to get to mine.... Also, they put out snapping traps in free spaces on the floor (not blocked by furniture, etc), despite me having a dog in the home, so I have to gate my dog off from those rooms. “I used Maryland Mosquito this year after using another service for years because MM had such an overwhelmingly good reviews here. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't very good. Their treatment did control mosquito population, but not as well as the company that I used in the past. I do have a small pond in the backyard, which makes it a challenge for some if they don't use puck. When I still had issues with mosquitos, I asked then if they used pucks in the pond there, but heard no response. ”
