STEER CLEAR! NOT AN HONEST/LEGITIMATE BUSINESS! I hired owner, Charlie Brubaker to perform a termite inspection as a first time home buyer last October. He failed to discover what turned out to be a significant termite problem. If Mr. Brubaker had discovered the termites, the seller would have had to take care of the problem before I could have even obtained an FHA loan. When I discovered the termite damage myself shortly after moving in to my new house, I hired Terminix and had to pay an exorbitant amount of money out of pocket. (The Terminix inspector said, "Whoever inspected this house either didn't do a proper inspection or didn't want you to know you had termites because there's no excuse." It took weeks for Mr. Brubaker to even get back to me as I called and left several messages and when we finally came in contact, he hung up on me, and he stood me up for two appointments. He has continued to drag this process out for over 7 months! I often prefer to use small businesses, but this one turned out to be a big mistake! Steer clear!!
