I had a great experience! I had a yellow jacket infestation in my attic and their technician Andre came out, found the nest, treated both of the inside of my attic and the outside and was on his way in an hour! Super fast and professional service and would definitely recommend them to others. I went with them because my neighbor recommended them to me!

I never leave online reviews but this one deserves it. They were so dedicated to fixing the root of the problem whereas a lot of other companies just use traps and bait. The pricing was orders of magnitude better than most with no required long term contracts and they did multiple things other companies told me were not in their job description. I haven’t had mice since but if by some chance I do I know who I will call.

LOVE this service!! Our house has been using PRC&S to keep out typical Baltimore roaches for about 3 years now. The woman over the phone is super friendly/helpful and the guys who come to spray our house are extremely friendly as well! They do an amazing job (hence us keeping with them for so long), prices are reasonable, and the service is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve been using them for a couple years now at my work. When we first moved in the place was infested with spiders and bugs. Andre impressed me immediately when he knocked down the webbings in the skylight when everyone else wouldn’t do it or would charge me for it. They have been always friendly on the phone with me and haven’t had an issue so far.

Do not recommend the service. I will highlight the positive. The Tech that came in Andre was nice and professional. Now the negatives, every pest service or service i have used in general has some warranty on service done. Reasonable right. Though I had seen a drastic improvement in roach activity, a lot started popping up. I specifically asked the tech how long is your warranty for your work and he repeated 30 days. I reached out to them to inform them off my issue with seeing some increased activity, the person scheduler answering the phone who is extremely rude and condescending said they offer no such warranty on roach service what. Anywho, after going back and forth i decided to cut my losses. This is what we call hustling backwards, why would i use your service ever again, useless.

About 2 weeks before RPC & Services came to my home, I was attacked by a swarm of yellow-jackets I apparently disturbed while mowing. Fortunately, a neighbor was able to safely handle this for me. But, when I discovered an even greater threat, a large, active hornets’ nest, we both knew it was time to call in a professional. I feel I called in the best! Andre came the very next day. I’m a bit squeamish so I won’t describe the process I peeped at off-and-on from the safety of the inside of my home. But, he removed nesting materials and active hornets from the space and, most important to me… he sealed up the entry to prevent any insect from entering that area again. A few late comers circulated about after Andre was done but ended up flying away I imagined confused and frustrated. I haven’t seen any hornets since that day and am looking forward to having RCP return in the fall for other services Andre shared with me.

I will never recommend this company again due to a series of disrespectful and unprofessional interactions I have experienced. Firstly, the company's use of gender-specific references is deeply inappropriate and disrespectful. I find it offensive to be referred to solely by my gender or sex rather than by my actual name, which is clearly stated in the contract. Additionally, the use of extravagant hand gestures and the term "Queen" in a sarcastic manner is both rude and condescending. A simple search on Google would reveal the widespread consensus on the offensiveness of such behavior, akin to referring to someone like Jamal as "boy." My dissatisfaction further stems from the unprofessional conduct of the employee, Jamal. He appeared to be overly familiar and comfortable, crossing boundaries with a lack of professionalism. My engagement with this company was solely for pest control services, not for forming personal connections. Despite this, I encountered resistance when I requested poison to be placed in the bathroom—an area explicitly covered in the contract. The company's pushback on this request was unwarranted and left me frustrated. Common sense dictates that addressing the pest issue in the vicinity where a mouse was last spotted should be a logical step. However, this elementary approach seemed beyond Jamal's grasp. Furthermore, the explanation given for not placing poison in the bathroom due to my dog's presence is baseless and unreasonable. Poison and traps are present in various other accessible areas of my home, including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and basement, as well as the exterior. It appears that egos got in the way of the employee performing his paid duties diligently. My attempt to escalate the issue to the supposed "owner" yielded no resolution, leaving me further dissatisfied. A glaring problem within this company is the evident communication breakdown between the office and its workers. Jamal, for instance, contradicted himself by claiming an inability to move heavy objects, yet proceeded to move both the stove and refrigerator. As a homeowner, I reserve the right to oversee the work being conducted in my residence and to ensure that agreed-upon areas are adequately addressed. Jamal's reluctance to investigate areas where I had personally observed pest activity is indicative of his lack of commitment to fulfilling his responsibilities. In conclusion, my experience with this company has been marred by disrespectful behavior, unprofessionalism, and a disconnect between the office and its field personnel. The lack of resolution and accountability further amplify my disappointment. I will not hesitate to discourage others from seeking the services of this company based on the subpar treatment and service I have received.
