This is an infuriating review to write, as I have been dealing with this mouse infestation and BC Exterminating since July 18 of 2025 and it is now January 16 of the following year with no solution. I spent a whopping $1,690.70 for BC Exterminating to clear our house of mice with a 60 day warranty that they would come and re-treat the house at the first sign of any droppings or mice. This warranty would start over from the most recent sign of mice. At first, they appeared diligent and competent

Man I was up there visiting my Aunt and she had an appointment with Paramount to come out to the house for a service call. But anyway this dude Xander calls her up and gives her about a 10 minute heads up that he is almost there. He gets there and I'm just letting them do what they do, and when Xander came in and started talking to my Aunt Mary, you would think they were friends for the last 20 years. I live in North Carolina and it's common to see polite people but this was beyond being polite.
Tried others Senate was the best. Gas company dug up the sidewalk in front of several homes and it causes mice to invade our homes. I tried 2 other company they failed. Senate came in set up a schedule plan 👏 and cleared up the problem. It was affordable and I still have a quarterly plan and no critters and they're pet conscious. Keep your pets away from treated areas for a hour everything is good. You may have to pick and choose the workers. As in everything some may not be that passionate abo

We have had Oliver taking care of our home for the last 20+ years. He is absolutely fantastic. Friendly, professional, always communicative, and thorough. If we ever have any issues that need additional “bug” treatments, he is always willing to come back, or discuss another plan to take care of the issue. We can’t imagine anyone else for our pest control other than Oliver. He is truly THE BEST. Ask for him!!!
