I called to have service done August 30th 2025 the technician came out spayed some stuff and told me he would have to come back for a follow up by then the bees should be gone but they’re not actually it’s more now then it was before he came. I do not recommend. I used Ehrlich 15 years ago and was happy with the service provided. This time around, I have been sorely disappointed in the low level of customer service provided. Techs have no showed twice because the company canceled appointments without notifying me. I have called customer service x2 about it, they promise to call me back, and no one calls back.
