Rosenbloom is extremely thorough and responsive and they have treated my house for over a year as part of their quarterly treatment package. Rosenbloom is very detailed and accommodating. They were able to locate the source of our camelback crickets in the basement, and sealed as many possible entrances for rodents and bugs as they could find. I highly recommend this company.

The best pest control place in Maryland! Whenever we call, they come out either the same day, or the next. Impeccable service by Mr. Nathan! He is amazing and very thorough. We were having a pest problem and he went through every room with us because we were scared, he even helped move some things so he could get an accurate assessment of where the problem was coming from. We have only had our contract for a short time, but the two exterminators who have come to our house so far have been very professional, pleasant, understanding and knowledgeable. They asked questions and really listened to what we had to say. In addition, we were able to get quick appointments and the exterminators were very thorough and also provided a lot of suggestions and advice. It is very easy to communicate with the main office, whether over the phone or through emails. That is very much appreciated, as well!

I had an overall positive experience with Rosenbloom Pest Control. We noticed some yellow jackets hovering around our house and figured they had found their way in and made a nest. I called Rosenbloom and was given an up front price. I thought $325 to take care of one nest was a bit steep, but I was eager to have them removed and didn't bother calling around, as one of us had already gotten stung. The company came out and sprayed dust into the fascia board where they were getting in. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem initially. I learned that nests within the voids of a house can be quite tricky, and the only way to ensure complete extermination is to make sure the dust gets back to the nest and to the queen, or to cut into the wall and remove the nest completely. This company (and almost every other I researched) does not offer the wall cutting method (and probably for good reason), but it really is the only way to ensure the wasps (and their nest material) are gone. The rep that performed the service said if they aren't gone in 48 hours to give a call. So when they were still there, I called in, and the operator said to "give it another week." I wasn't super thrilled with this response because I thought it was supposed to work quickly, and we already had someone get stung when the yellow jacket came into the house. But I waited, and when they were still there a week later I called back again. This time they sent two more senior reps out and they blasted the entire area with dust. Because there was no way to see where the nest actually was, they were just kind of spraying indiscriminately and trying their best to cover all areas. I don't think this is necessarily a problem with the company, but probably just because of where this nest was, their method of extermination was not the most effective. Fortunately, this second spray eventually worked. I will give the company props for doing their best with the methods they have, and they really did seem to care and want to make it right. They also found another nest that was beginning in a different area while trying to figure out if they were getting in anywhere else, and took care of that too.

Stinging insects found in voids are very often complex. This is the reason for the price tag you mentioned. The nest is not sitting in front of you but tucked away in the wall, ceiling or attic. This means that in most cases you don't have the opportunity to target it directly. You must treat them at the entrance and exit point as best as possible. Cutting walls provides no guarantee of access to the nest. In most cases I have observed cutting walls open lead to nothing but a wild wasp chase. This is the reason no one will cut the wall open. Something to keep in mind is that stinging insects do not sting indoors unless handled. They act like they are "drunk".<br>In any case we are distressed you had to go through this ordeal and are glad we solved the problem. <br><br>Thank you so much for the feedback!
I rent a rowhome, and due to a vacant house next door and the other side not being very clean, I've noticed a few instances of pests. I reached out to my landlord, who fielded some quotes, and ended up choosing Rosenbloom for pest control. The technician who came for the initial treatment was very friendly; his name was Matt. For the quarterly treatment this time, Shane came out, and he was also very friendly. He treated the outside of the house to prevent pests from coming over and even plugged up a hole in the brick where the HVAC crew had done some work while fixing the AC. I was impressed that he noticed this because I wasn't expecting it. He took care of it to prevent any pests from entering and advised me on what to watch out for. Bonus points for him wearing shoe covers that I requested because I had mopped the floors two days in a row. Overall, it’s been excellent service!

Great thorough service. Friendly staff. Good availabilty. A tad on the expensive side. I only had a termite inspection and didnt need treatment. It was $165

Solid team, the report took a little longer to receive than other companies and there was an error on the report, but either than that a very smooth process.

After discovering a 5-foot black snake in my basement, Rosenbloom came out the same day, caught the snake and sealed up its access point. I was very pleased by their prompt and efficient service.

I purchased a historic building that had a history of waterbug infestation during spring months. It's been 2-months and I haven't seen any waterbugs. Fingers crossed the treatment will last through the year. The Tech was professional, a good listener, sympathetic and had a multi-pronged strategy to solve the issue.
