Exterminator was very professional and solved the bed bug problem. I think he is very trustworthy and I had no problem leaving him alone in my apartment.

We tried the Terminix route and they failed us greatly and were super insensitive to the situation. Absolute fantastic work done by the men at Crown Heat! My daughters and I spent the weekend in PA for their annual soccer tournament while my husband was home. He spent me a video of what looked like ATLEAST 3000 bed bugs under my side of the bed. That immediately explains the bites on my back! Crown Heat got rid of the bugs in no time. Thank you so much!
