“My father passed away recently. He had Terminex service for many years. When I tried to cancel the remainder of his termite plan, they told me I would still have to pay the remaining balance. All of the years my father had been a loyal customer, the remaining fee could not be waived. Completely disheartening. The termite plan was totally overpriced, in the first place. Complete waste of money! I do not recommend their business. Their customer service is horrendous! I got the run around every sin”

The technician did not follow our instructions to NOT spray inside the dog yards but to spray perimeter outside. 1 of our dogs has seizures and we were trying to keep his yard free of pesticides even though you claim the chemical used was safe for pets. “We recently purchased our home and it came with this service provider. Bug Out, sent a tech to our house to retrieve termite equipment installed under the previous owners. This was after they allegedly sent us a renewal notice in the mail. This tech reached over our closed gates and unlocked it from the inside and pranced around our back and front yard collecting the equipment.
