Below average customer service and strange staff behavior. One time, when I asked for a quote, one of the employees tried to get me to sign paperwork for a job even though I had only requested a quote. He made no effort to explain what he was doing, the pricing, or any details. This was for a $9k job, and it felt like he was trying to sneak in a signature. If you want a company for "regular" pest control, (ie bugs, rodents, etc) the technicians that visit quarterly are good. However, if you need specialized services such as infestations of termites or bed bugs, look elsewhere. Paramount will over sell you on services, lie to you, and not honor guarantees. Customer service is non-existent. They have gone through many managers which says a great deal, and none of the ones we spoke with cared about customers or followed through with any promises.

- Had to wait 6 weeks for a trap that never arrived - Hard to get an answer from staff - Already had one trap from them but they wanted me to pay another inspection fee to get a second (in addition to fee for the 2nd trap) - Rude customer service staff who hung up on me when I tried to cancel (Linda) -Hard to cancel service and took 4+ phone calls to get them to confirm the cancellation. They refused to put it in writing or email me any sort of confirmation. If you cancel your service with them,
