The service has been very good & reliable. I am trying to adjust to billing via email. I don’t always see it & then I don’t have a paper reminder. So I have to get used to that.

I have been a customer of Pro Lawn Plus for over 35 years! They are pleasant to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating! If I see a weed coming up, they will come out and do a “touch up” treatment to address the problem! I’m always pleased with their service! They do periodic testing and advise me of what my lawn needs are to keep it looking and feeling good!

Pro Lawn Plus is GREAT! This summer's weather has been brutally HOT and DRY! My lawn is looking nice, green and problem free! All the technicians are knowable, friendly and respectful to the property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pro Lawn Plus!

Poor. You get nothing for what you pay.

We have used Pro Lawn Plus for almost 30 years, and our lawn has consistently looked fabulous. One reason is that the owner majored in Agronomy at the University of Maryland and has encyclopedic knowledge of plant life including anything that helps or can hurt a lawn. In addition, the staff is well trained and responsive. I do not often give a five star review but this is one business that deserves it.

We have been using Pro Lawn Plus for over 25 years, and our lawn has consistently looked fantastic over this time period. The reason is that the company is guided by an owner who has a degree in agronomy and can diagnose and have treated anything that can go wrong with your lawn. He also happens to be a really nice guy.

Pro Lawn Plus is a very knowledgable company and professionally run. They have been treating our lawns for 15 years in Roland Park and for five years before that in Ruxton. They are responsive and reliable..I would recommend them to any homeowner whose grass sometimes needs a little help.. They can diagnose what is wrong and treat it. Our lawn looks great all summer.

I have used this company for more than fifteen years. Always have had the most beautiful lawn in the neighborhood. I stopped for two years due to illness and my lawn did not look the same. Have had them back for a few years and my lawn is coming back. Have recommended to many people and everyone loves them. Owner is very nice and very hands on! Highly recommend.

All staff and tech members are friendly and professional. I have asked for notification when the tech is on the way so I can make sure our dog is in the house. That request has been honored on every service visit. The quality of the service is outstanding. The Company that mows our lawn has asked who maintains the lawn so that they can make referrals. Our lawn is the best looking lawn in our neighborhood.

I tried to do the lawn weed control on my own after I retired. My efforts were not as successful as when Pro Lawn had been doing their lawn service. I decided to bring them back and have been please since doing so. The gentleman who reviewed my property did not criticize my efforts. After each treatment the technician leave a report on what he did and an evaluation of the lawn's state. I am pleased.

Before using their service, I had a feeling that they were honest which is important to me. After using their service, I am satisfied with the results. My lawn has been free of weeds which made my lawn look healthier and better. I have received compliments on its appearance. I have recommended Pro Lawn Plus to my neighbors.

Mike and the team at Pro Lawn Plus have been nothing but great since I began my service with them three or four years ago. The cost is reasonable, their work is good, and my lawn has never looked better. Any time I've had a question or concern, Mike has addressed it immediately. He's gone above and beyond to allay my concerns about my yard, and he's provided a great education at the same time. The man knows his lawns! My neighbor was so impressed with how my lawn looks that he signed up for service as well.

Finally got rid of them for good. They’ve been telling me for 4 years it’s either too wet, too dry, too hot, or too cold for my grass to grow in all the way. 1500 dollars a year for them to tear up my lawn with their ride on spreaders EVERY SINGLE TIME. I could not recommend them less. The nail in the coffin was the owner sending me a bill for 2020 literally the day after he stopped by and I told him how unhappy I was. The only thing they do worse than lawn care is customer service.

Lawn looks horrible. They come out and spray and gone in 5 minutes. Still weeds and bare spots. I do have dog but I will not use again.

Dear Sirs, Your service is fair. Your technicians come in a timely fashion and do an adequate job. I was concerned that this past year I discovered dead/bald spots on my lawn. I called and talked to someone and was told that they would have to charge extra to come out and seed, as they weren't due in the area for awhile. I agreed that was reasonable; however, no one came. And no one followed up. I've paid a yearly service for a long time, and expected a little more personal attention. I will be looking for a new lawn service. thank you

For starters I have a property with several large mature oak trees. I've use Pro Lawn Plus for years. Pro Lawn's program has been effective helping maintain what we have but it has not helped my lawn thrive. One section is largely weed free whereas the other has a good bit of broadleaf weeds.

We have been using Pro Lawn Plus for many years now. Our lawn looks good and it is effortless to sign up for the service. Any time there has ever been an issue about the grounds I have gotten prompt service. I have the utmost confidence in Pro Lawn Plus and feel very comfortable in recommending them.
