Atlantic Pest Control is EXCELLENT. They are highly trained and incredibly knowledgable. They take their work seriously and are experts with many years experience. I work with them frequently as a realtor, and they always hit all the right marks -- service, personal calls to explain findings, working in an appointment on short notice. Highly recommend. Note - their costs are slightly higher than some of the others, but IT IS WORTH it. You don't want to mess around with termites and your house, and their cost includes a quality warranty. Some pest companies feel like they use scare tactics and are cheap because their techs aren't trained to the level APC is.

Started service in Sept 2025. Initial fee at $195, standard for the market for subscription service. Matt stopped by about 2-3x but I didn’t see any impacts/results from the product. Matt had great service, took his time and answered all questions. Oct 2025, I called in to cancel bc I was not seeing the value from the service and saw no change from the pest issues. Staff at the office wanted $130 to term. Little effort to save the customer from the office so I paid it & left a customer review. 1 day later, received a call from Phil who was informed about the matter and scheduled appt. Phil stopped over, implemented treatment plan. 2 weeks went by and I started to see results during that period, in addition I patched a possible travel point. I reached out and informed him. He offered another appt, returned and was able to verify success. 2 appointments were provided after termination fee which may have been around the same price as the quarterly fee. Kudos to both technicians. 5 star just for the follow up after the termination, showed that the company cared for the product offered.

Brian was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He spent time explaining what he was doing and why. When a new problem popped up after Brian’s initial visit (bedbugs in the carpet) Lindsay and Brian dealt with it fairly and easily. It helped matters somewhat that the house was empty as I was preparing it to rent. Nonetheless, Atlantic is my pest control company. Steve Milmoe

Mike was extremely honest, thoughtful, and attentive during my service visit. I had seen 5 roaches in my house over a span of 2 months and was very concerned that I needed pest control ASAP. Mike spent almost 1 hour in my house looking for the source of my issue, and assured me that my neighbors were likely the cause of the few insects I'd seen. He advised me that I should not be worried about any infestations, and that I should call again if I ever see more frequent occurrences. This type of honesty is very rare with contract service businesses and I was so appreciative of him for telling me the truth and not trying to upsell me any unnecessary treatments or products. I will recommend them to anyone and will return again and again to Atlantic Pest Control if I ever have any unwanted pests.

We live in Baltimore and experiencing rat infestation in my backyard. I called Atlantic pest control, and Bryan came out to assess the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, in explaining how to get rid of the rats. Bryan arrived on time in fact, calling us and letting us know he was 15 minutes out. He followed up with a phone call to state that he would be coming out to check on the rat boxes in one week. I would always use Atlantic pest control and refer this company to all my neighbors experiencing the same problem. It is so refreshing to see customer service at the highest level when so many companies are cutting back ! M Wickliffe

Dale came to service my home and was stellar! He was communicative in arrival time, respectful of my property (including bringing shoe covers!), patiently answered all of my questions, addressed every issue I brought up and explained their potential causes, and even noticed an issue with my HVAC that likely saved me thousands of dollars since I was able to address it before the system became irreparably damaged. 10/10 recommend this company.

The service itself is great, but the communication is not so much. The date and time window of two of my appointments were changed on me both times without notification. The only way I found out was waiting around and having no one show up, and then I call and they tell me I’m scheduled for a different time. And I know I had the right day and time because I wrote it down during the phone call when it was scheduled. It is just frustrating when you move your schedule around to accommodate, and are waiting around for 4 hours for someone to show up. I would love if they could just start confirming appointments with their customers to avoid this, because the service and the technicians otherwise are great!

I reached out to this company to provide termite treatment. They were so responsive before they got my money. During the initial triage I was told by Phil that he could extend coverage a few months out if treatment wasn't effective. Sad I didn't request that in writing. As soon as they received my money they flipped the script and told me that they didn't say this. Alyssa took a msg for Phil to call me directly. That was over a week ago and no call. Treat customers who havent given you money the same way you would treat them after they give you their money! And stop lying to get their business.

I called and Lindsay answered and asked me to send a picture of the critters causing the problem. I was hoping NOT termites as I have been using Atlantic Pest Control for years to avoid termites. Come to find out it was ants in my corner floor molding and I have a wood floor. I was hoping NOT carpenter ants as they are problematic. Dale Holmes came out the next day. he is such a kind and knowledgeable man and very professional and ALWAYS with a smile. I was thrilled to get my treatment and all seems well. Thanks so much for your good work.

So far, the trap I personally laid has caught all the mice that have been captured (which I'm somewhat glad given my trap a humane one, and theirs are not). The mice had to bypass the traps they laid in order to get to mine.... Also, they put out snapping traps in free spaces on the floor (not blocked by furniture, etc), despite me having a dog in the home, so I have to gate my dog off from those rooms. They were easy to call and get scheduled with, and the technician came in the time window they originally provided.

They came out on Friday, 2/17/2024 for rodents and as of 2/24/2024 they are still destroying my things, toilet paper, digging in my plants, chewing up food boxes even though the poison that was placed on the 17th of February. I would say that I’m very unhappy with this service.

You were supposed to be there on Friday. I was never given a time frame for you to come. I took the WHOLE day off from work. Finally, at five minutes until 5 :00 pm , I got a call they were there. Well I had an appointment, I had to attend to. Very disappointed and it was very unprofessional

At the beginning the staff manning the phones seemed professional. The gentlemen who came to see the house and treated the home were nice and professional as well. However, I was deeply disappointed that after I paid my 600+ dollars, they did not have the courtesy to send me an invoice indicating the work had been completed and paid for. I emailed and texted twice, no response. The house was sold, I hope they honor the warranty and the annual maintenance service should the new owner decides to continue the termite prevention treatment. As for me, I would not hire them again. I like to feel 💯 percent satisfied and they failed me!

The job takes a few hours and we need to clear the paper work at the office. You emailed our office at 1:38 PM same day requesting the paid invoice and the Termite Report. Your emails were responded to in a timely manner. The service report was sent to you via email at 2:01 PM with the paid invoice sent via email at 2:14 PM same day. Both were sent within one hour of your request. Do not worry, we have honored all service warranties for the past 39 years and will continue to do so. I'm pretty shocked at the number of good reviews. I didn't realize how ripped off I was getting until I had time to educate myself. First of all, there is no help in actually finding out where the rodents are coming in. That should be #1. They just load little black boxes with poison which to my sensibilities is a horror but had to be done since I was so busy working and had an infestation. It was always uncomfortable dealing with the person who answered the phone. Finally, I found the bait they use to be sold on ebay for cheap as well as the magic box opener which I purchased for half of what one visit would cost me from Atlantic. So there's, that. Now that I'm home during the plague, I have time to deal with the holes in my home ,, the cause and to enlist more humane ways of dealing with these really smart creatures. They really outsmarted me 6 ways to Sunday. I admire that but they STILL are not allowed to live here. Save your money.
