Antonio was excellent to work with. He was professional, on time, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain the issue, outlined exactly what he was doing, and made sure everything was handled properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend his pest control services.

Antonio is absolutely amazing. Under our back porch wasn’t properly closed off, so a rat had gotten into our house. We called the owner of the house and he sent A to B Pest Control LLC out ASAP. Antonio explained everything step by step, giving us the courtesy to ask any questions. He did a complete and comprehensive review of our whole house and set everything up accordingly, taking into consideration in my daughter’s room that there are twin babies there. Antonio is very polite and professional. His one comment really sticks with me, that he would treat our house as if it were his own. Needless to say the rat was caught that very same day. Which I’m thankful for because she was pregnant and we definitely didn’t want her delivery in our home. I would definitely give Antonio higher than a 5-star if possible. Thank you so very much.

Unfortunately, we really wanted to love Antonio. At the start of service, he was fantastic; responsive, knowledgeable, thorough in his inspections, and genuinely eager to help with our mice problem. When we asked him to return (willing to pay the fee), he said he was extremely busy and could come the following week. Given how much we appreciated his dedication, we were completely fine with waiting. However, my husband and I texted him five separate times with no response. We were disappointed and frustrated to be ignored, especially without even a courtesy message explaining that he could no longer service our home or providing any alternative.

Mailman knocked on my door(!!!), told me he got stung a couple weeks ago. He was really saying ‘happens again, you stop getting mail’. Googled up a list, 6-7 companies, checked out each website. 1st call (3:55pm) was AtoB, got ”please text or leave a message.” So i did both. Moving on to the next company, i get a response from AtoB. Texted them coffee mug pic, they gave me an estimate, we set a time (6-7p). Done at 4:00. Took FIVE minutes. Antonio rolls up, w/in 5 minutes has me LMAO about this giant hornets nest at my front door. Professional stress exterminator. Great price? I dunno. AtoB was so quick responding, I only got 1 estimate -their’s. I don’t care if they charged me double the next 5 on my list. I was so satisfied w/ the service provided by Antonio I added 20% to my own bill. Highly recommend.

A to B Pest Control, was great! They came out the same day and explained the treatment, then helped us rid our home of the yellow jackets. Antonio was professional, affordable and quick with action. They provided a 30 day warranty. I would recommend their service over any other pest control in the area and they are locally owned.

I had a great experience with A to B in getting a wasp nest dusted. Antonio was fantastic! I was able to reach him immediately, got a quote over the phone, and he was able to come out the next day to take care of the nest. He was thorough in his pre-inspection, dusted the area carefully, and took the time to explain what would happen as the nest died. The treatment was extremely effective and the wasps are gone! Antonio was friendly, efficient, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Antonio and A to B’s services.

Antonio was awesome! I gave him a call in the morning about a wasp nest and he was able to come right away. He did a great job prepping me with questions and gave me a quote up front to make the visit extra smooth. He took a look at the situation, got right to work, and was in and out in about an hour. He was super friendly and made me feel safe and informed about the whole process - I'd highly recommend him to anyone in need of pest control services and would absolutely call back if i need them in the future :)

Termite treatment. Antonio was polite, professional and quick to answer calls or return them. Within only a couple of days of calling, he came out for an estimate, explained clearly what needed to be done and why, and he invited me to get other estimates to ensure his pricing was competitive. Within only a couple of days of calling him back, we’d scheduled the treatment, and when he came over with the contract it was pleasant to talk with him a little while about his company and staff: he spoke glowingly of the rest of his company, especially his lovely wife, and mentioned he was looking for additional staff which I took as a good sign. After a slight weather delay the treatment was done soon after. It was also nice that I didn’t have to be home during the treatment. Thank you for a quick and reasonably priced service. If I need additional pest control in the future I will call this company again. The only reason this wasn’t five stars is because of the landscaping by the house. Antonio had warned me that his crew needed to pull back the mulch and rocks up against the house walls to spray every 18 inches or so, because the liquid needed to seep into the dirt. I offered to do that myself but he said it would be fine. And he took some pictures on the day of the service (while I was at work) to show me where he’d done it, which I appreciated, and mentioned that the grass seed I’d laid down on one side would be toast - which is totally not an issue. However, in hindsight I should have done the pullback myself because the displaced mulch and/or rocks did some damage to several of my newly planted plants and shrubs. In one case a sweet shrub sapling was totally destroyed because I don’t think they noticed it was there. This isn’t a huge deal but it will cost me some money and time to fix, so I’d call it annoying rather than awful. If Google let me rate 4.5 stars I would probably have done that.

I reached out for a quote and tried to negotiate within my budget and they were very unprofessional. Instead of simply saying, “No we can’t do that” they instead responded with “Lol” That to me speaks volume about how they do business and how they treat customers. I took my pest problem elsewhere and got a quote for $50 less than what they priced me at.
