Frontline is always easy to speak with, and by calling their phone number rarely do I ever have to wait more than than a few minutes to speak with someone from their company. Derrick came today and was very professional from the start - he called ahead to give me an ETA on his arrival time. Once here, he was focused, targeted, and a good communicator, clearly and patiently explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also set a few traps in place and gave me clear expectations on what should happen in the immediate future. I am glad to have Frontline with us!

Folks, Frontline Pest Control is a complete clown show—low-energy, failing circus! We tried to cancel—emails ignored, endless phone waits (20+ minutes each, three calls!), and they flat-out refused! Even after yanking our payment info, they kept sending guys out, pressuring service like it’s a subscription trap. Almost like a total scam to keep charging people. Finally, after months of fighting and threatening legal action, they “nicely” cancel. Then their technician removes devices… and leaves TWO behind! One trash in the yard, another broken-topped eyesore stuck in the ground. Pathetic! They can’t even clean up their own mess. This isn’t pest control—it’s a pest ON your life! Total disaster! 1 star—should be zero!

Nothing gets done with this service and seems like a waste of money. There’s no interaction between the person that gets sent out and myself so it leaves you to wonder what could have gotten done. The company also doesn’t coordinate when they come. Sometimes I get a text saying the person will be there in the next hour and other times they tell you they will be there the next day.

Your technician was great. He did the complete outside as well as the outside walls. He was helpful in moving items that were too heavy for me. Wish all technicians were as efficient and kind as he was
Excellent work today. Mr. Donnell notified me when he arrived and was detailed in the work he was completing for the day. He completed his work and let me know when he was done so I could close my garage. Thanks for keeping me informed and safe.

Technician called to alert he was on his way. I called him back because I had a couple questions about the service. He answered promptly and we discussed effect on pets going outdoors after the treatment. He was courteous and went about his job. I was notified as soon as he completed the treatment.

Kevin is excellent. He always shows up on time and is very pleasant. He’s careful when the dogs are out and gives them just enough attention so they’re not driving him crazy as he works. He goes above and beyond what my previous company did and I really appreciate it.

I have since stopped your service as l don't need your service... James DID NOT service me...l asked him to leave same as l have asked the previous guys to leave. I don't need your services it DOESN'T WORK ...l have NOT received any services from Frontline in the past 6 months ..Stop sending people to my house ...James is a great guy but l don't need Frontline series I had to contract a different vendor to treat my house.

I have 4 ring cameras around the house and none of them recorded any individual performing pest services. I don't believe anyone showed up but I still got text that services was performed. Additionally, around the house is all hard and slick snow.

Proper protocol was not properly followed today. I didn’t received 24 hour notice that my property was scheduled for service. The tech stated his supervisor put my property address on his route 1 hour prior to his arrival. The tech didn’t let me know he was on my property even though my front door was open signaling someone was home. Due to the snow and ice he was not able to perform service properly and fully because there was no way to get around the house (no footprints or snow disturbed on the sides or back of my house) On the service slip that was issued (emailed) none of the areas listed was serviced, I don’t know why he listed it. Because of the weather this visit was unnecessary and a waste of time and man power. The ground not only has snow but ice as well. I have asked Frontline to not service my resident until April, at that time I will make up my mind if I want to continue with this company.

Beware of this company they will try to lock you into a subscription service that is hard to cancel even if the work they do is inferior. I would not recommend anyone use this company and do not know how they are still in business.

Great service! I don’t see bugs/insects in my house and have had their service for over a year. I have never had a bad experience and all the employees are super friendly and respectful of our property. (Today we had Josh who delivered top-notch service.) I also appreciate that their employees let me know they are at my house before getting to work and ask if it’s okay to do the service. On days, I’m conducting a virtual training or in a virtual meeting they are very respectful of my work from home situation and don’t force me to stop what I’m doing to talk to them, they just wave through the window and ask if it’s okay for them to work through through hand gestures. For me, that’s huge because of the job I do, time is limited in my trainings and I can’t afford to take the extra few minutes to talk to someone at the door. If you are on the fence about pest control, I highly recommend this company! They provide great quality service.

Scott from Frontline performed the general peat control at my home yesterday. Frontline notified me the day before when Scott would arrive and the services he would be doing. Scott arrived on time and immediately started working. I normally don’t see the technician when they’re here but I saw Scott this time. He was very pleasant and explained what he was doing. He asked if I had any issues and I told him about the 2 mice I recently found in the basement. He told me he was already planning to put out a bait trap for mice and would make sure it’s near the outside of the basement. I have been using Fronline for several years and have been very satisfied with their services. I would recommend them to anyone.

NO BENEFIT AT ALL. Please don’t trust them first they say you can see benefit in 2 weeks after contract of 1 year they don’t care about that. I took subscription of 1 year but its been more then 3 months i cant see any difference and when i wanted to cancel my subscription they will not allow you to cancel it you need to pay all the money for 12 months. In my opinion why would i pay if i cannot get any benefit from them even the mice had their babies now. If i want to put only poison for mice so i can get it from Walmart why would i contact to pest control. Please i will suggest you guys too not make any contract with them ones you did it they will don’t care about your money and they will ask you to pay full amount to cancel the subscription. And please give me some advice if you know how to get rid of it.

I called and an made appointment was made for the morning of the next day. Several hours later I received a text informing me the time of the service call was changed without my consent. I immediately called back and was told that my original time could not be accommodated. So I rescheduled for two days later. The representative was scheduled to arrive between 2 & 4 today. It is after 4 and I have neither received a call from the company nor has a representative arrived. This company is non-responsive and unreliable. They cannot trusted. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

No, no, and noooo, hire this company; they scammed me with a contract, and it hasn’t even been a month since I requested the services. We had cockroaches in the kitchen that were clearly coming from the neighbor’s wall. I explained the situation to them; they came and sprayed some places; first they came late; second they sprayed repellent poison at dinner time; my whole family was at the table; after a few days there was no change in the stench; I called them to tell them that it wasn’t right; they sent me the regional manager and the worker who did the work; the two guys started giving me all kinds of excuses. I did not make a contract with the worker; I did it with a company, and to top it off, I found out that last night the pest had reached the second floor. I called them, and they only gave excuses. The hours were not appropriate. The service was bad. Even though they have the equipment, they do not treat the pests as they should. They spray like my grandmother does. I do not recommend them. I trusted them, and now I have to hire another person to do the aggressive work as it should be. I'm pretty sure they ask the workers to give them good reviews because I don't see any photos or verification of original reviews; only the bad ones are for real customers. The most outrageous thing about this whole situation is that not only do they offer bad service, but after I called them on the phone to tell them about the bad service, this company has the audacity and vulgarity to send two men to my house as if they wanted to intimidate a woman and tell me to be ""patient," even though I had called in time when I saw early signs of pest. Two men, the worker who didn't do his job well and the regional manager, right? Nobody needs to face a worker who offers bad service like that; the logical thing is that they should send me another person with more experience, so no, no, don't hire them; that's my review.
